If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.kirstenjadeswim.com, please send us a request to email@example.com for a return authorization within 14 days of the delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached including our "DO NOT REMOVE" hangtag.
- We cannot refund or take returns on items that have been worn or used.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- Kirsten Jade Swim is not responsible for international shipping fees or lost returns.
- Kirsten Jade Swim reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
We will accommodate a same style exchange for items purchased on www.kirstenjadeswim.com for a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of the returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge on both domestic and international orders (orders being shipped to customers).

We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges returning back to Kirsten Jade Swim. International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. For more information on making an international return please email email@example.com.
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by UPS will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before canceling the order.
REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To return an item please follow the steps below to create a return authorization.

- Enter the item(s) you wish to return
- Enter the reason for your return
- Enter the credit method you prefer (return or exchange)
- Once approved, you will be contacted via email with next steps
- We will process your return once it is received and evaluated at our warehouse
